📦 Order Processing

  • Processing Time: Once your order is placed, it will be processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

  • In rare cases of high order volume, delays may occur. We’ll notify you via email if there’s a significant delay.

We currently ship to:

  • India (Nationwide)
  • Select international countries (please check during checkout)

Note: Delivery times mentioned above do not include production and processing time. Orders are shipped within 1–3 business days after being placed.

💰 Shipping Charges

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

✈️ Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders:

  • You may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

  • We are not liable for any delays caused by customs clearance.

❗ Wrong Address / Delivery Issues

  • Please double-check your address before placing an order.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can re-ship it at the buyer’s expense.

📦 Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

  • You can track your shipment on our website or the courier's platform.

📬 Lost / Damaged Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at support@vastulayer.com and we’ll investigate with the courier.
