At VASTU Story, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

🔁 Returns

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Once the replacement/exchange is approved, the replacement product will be shipped within 3-5 business days and delivered within 7–10 business days.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
  • The item must be in its original packaging with tags
  • You must have a receipt or proof of purchase

Once your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how to return your item.
Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

💰 Return Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer (unless the item is damaged or incorrect)
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • If you received free shipping, the standard shipping cost will be deducted from your refund

Refund Amount = Product Price – Shipping Charges (if applicable)

⚠️ Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours with photos/videos so we can resolve the issue.

🔄 Exchanges

The fastest way to get a replacement is to return the item and place a new order once your return is approved.

💳 Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

It may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund.

  • We are not responsible for returns lost in transit (use trackable shipping)
  • Refunds are processed only after inspection of the returned item
